Two prestigious UK non-agricultural Geographical Indications - Savile Row Bespoke and Harris Tweed - join oriGIn.

Likewise, within the framework of the UN FAO- AFD Regional Project for the Promotion of Rural Development through the Development of Geographical Indications (GIs) at Regional Level in Asia (FAO-AFD Project), the Queen Sirikit Department of Sericulture (QSDS), which operates under the Ministry of Agricultures and Cooperatives of Thailand, also became a member of oriGIn.
