First oriGIn Art Culinary Award

52 GI products from different parts of the world participated in the First oriGIn Culinary Art Award. Eight Chefs from restaurants from the county of Teruel prepared various dishes based on the 52 GI products participating in the Award. A Jury, composed by Mr. José Manuel Varó, chef at the Restaurant Maestral – Alicante, Mr. Chema Ferrer, writer and gastronome and Ms. Ida Puzone, Project Manager at oriGIn, selected the menu prepared by Mr. Kamal Robati, Chef at the restaurant “Botero”, as the winner of the award.
