EU – Bosnia-Herzegovina

Interim Agreement on trade and trade-related matters between the European Community, of the one part, and Bosnia and Herzegovina, of the other part. Protocol 6 on reciprocal preferential concessions for certain wines, the reciprocal recognition, protection and control of wine, spirit drinks and aromatised wine names (2008).

 EU – Albania

Stabilisation and Association Agreement between the European Communities and their Member States, of the one part, and the Republic of Albania, of the other part. Protocol 3 on reciprocal preferential concessions for certain wines, the reciprocal recognition, protection and control of wine, spirit drinks and aromatised wine names – SAA protocol 3 (2006).

The Agreement is in force since 01 April 2009.

 

EU – Canada

Agreement between the European Community and Canada on trade in wines and spirit drinks (2003).

EU – Chile

Agreement establishing an association between the European Community and its Member States, of the one part, and the Republic of Chile, of the other part (2002).

Amendments:

Annex V – Agreement in the form of an Exchange of Letters between the European Community and the Republic of Chile concerning amendments to the Agreement on Trade in Wines annexed to the Agreement establishing an Association between the European Community and its Member States, of the one part, and the Republic of Chile, of the other part.

Annex VI – Agreement in the form of an Exchange of Letters between the European Community and the Republic of Chile concerning amendments to the Agreement on trade in spirit drinks and aromatised drinks annexed to the Agreement establishing an association between the European Community and its member states, of the one part, and the Republic of Chile, of the other part.

 The amendments are in force since 24 April 2006.

 

Agreements on GI Foodstuffs, GI Wines and GI Spirits

EU – Ukraine

Association Agreement between the European Union and the European Atomic Energy Community and their member states, of the one part, and Ukraine, of the other part. Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Agreement (DCFTA), Title IV (2014).

The Association Agreement entered into force provisionally from 1 November 2014; although Title IV of the Association Agreement is planned to enter into force provisionally on 31 December 2015.

 

EU – Colombia & Peru

Trade Agreement between the European Union and its Member States, of the one part, and Colombia and Peru, of the other part (2012).

The Agreement is (provisionally) in force in Peru since 01 March 2013 and in Colombia since 01 August 2013. 

 

EU – Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua and Panama

EU-Central America Association agreement (2012).

The trade pillar of the Association Agreement has been provisionally applied since 1st August 2013 with Honduras, Nicaragua and Panama, since 1st October 2013 with Costa Rica and El Salvador, and since 1 December with Guatemala.

 

EU – Moldova

Agreement between the European Union and the Republic of Moldova on the protection of geographical indications of agricultural products and foodstuffs (2012).
