In the framework of oriGIn 2025 Biennial Meeting – held in Morelia (Michoacán, Mexico) on 8-10 October, the Statutory General Assembly re-elected Riccardo Deserti, Director General of Consorzio del Parmigiano Reggiano, as President of oriGIn.

Deserti and the oriGIn team will be supported by an outstanding Board. In recognition of oriGIn status as a global GI alliance, all major GI sectors – wines, spirits, agricultural products, and crafts – are represented in the oriGIn Board for the 2026-2027 biennium.
