Colombia was recently struck by a devastating 7.4 magnitude earthquake.
The impact has been particularly severe in the heart of the country’s Coffee Axis (Zona Cafetera), affecting the departments of Valle del Cauca, Caldas, Quindío, and Risaralda. Beyond the physical destruction, this tragedy poses an immense challenge for thousands of coffee-producing families whose livelihoods rely on their land and infrastructure.
In response, the National Federation of Coffee Growers of Colombia (FNC) has taken immediate action to lead several critical rebuilding and reconstruction projects across the affected regions. To make this possible, both national and international donation channels have been opened.
