oriGIn Lab on GIs and Sustainability

The objective of the oriGIn Lab is to elaborate a curriculum on GIs and sustainability for Masters in Business Administration (MBAs) with the goal to teach future managers of food and drink companies as well as associations of GI producers the GI concept and rules as well its economic model as intimately linked to sustainability issues.
